• You make an termination agreement.
• The lawyer or notary register the ending of your civil partnership in the municipality’s civil registry. They must do this within 3 months.

Ending by a judge

Has a judge approved the ending of your civil partnership, you and your partner will be sent a copy of the final order. The ending of your civil partnership only becomes final once you have registered the final order in the municipality’s civil registry. You must do this within 6 months.
