Municipality of Brummen: registering the ending of a civil partnership in the civil registry

In a court ruling:

• The original document of the court decision. The clerk must have it signed.
• The deed of acquiescence (proof that you do not appeal against the judge's decision) with the request to register you and/or your partner.

In case of a termination agreement:

• The statement from the lawyer or civil-law notary that a termination agreement has been concluded.
• The termination agreement.

The municipality will process the data within 1 week.
