Province of Overijssel: compensation for damages with a groundwater extraction or water infiltration permit

For certain activities you need to draw water from under the ground. This is called groundwater extraction. For other activities you may want to release water into the ground. This is called infiltration. For extraction and infiltration you need permission from the central government, the water board, or the municipal or provincial authorities. Or you will need to notify the authorities.
