Municipality of Laarbeek: applying for youth care for your child

Please note: you can only apply for youth support if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

Do you wish to apply for youth support for your child? The municipality works with an Ouder- en Kindteam (Parent and Child Team) [enter other name if applicable, e.g. Wijkteam (Neighbourhood Team) or Centrum jeugd en gezin (Youth and Family Centre). You can go to a Parent and Child Team  for help and advice. You will discuss together what kind of care you need.

Contracted care providers

You can make use of the care purchased by the municipality. To do so, you need a referral from the Parent and Child Team, your GP, a certified institution or a medical specialist, such as a paediatrician. Please consult for a list of the providers of specialist youth support with which the municipality has concluded a contract.

Would you prefer a personal budget?

Do you think that this care is not sufficient? Or do you need a different type of care for your child? Then you can apply for a personal budget

Do you have a question about parenting or growing up? Do you have concerns about your child(ren)? Are there any problems in the family? Does your child or your family need extra help, support or guidance? Then you can contact the Family and Youth Coaches of Social Team Laarbeek. Our youth professionals are there for questions from parents and young people. Together you will look for the right form of support. This support is always tailor-made and cost-conscious. This way we ensure that help remains available to those who need it most. For educational questions related to specific youth care, you can contact the Youth Team of our municipality, which can be reached via sociaalteam@laarbeek.nl.

In some cases, you may have to pay an ouderbijdrage (parental contribution).
