All children should be able to grow up healthy and safe. Parents and caregivers naturally play the most important role in this. If parents/caregivers and children are unable to resolve an issue themselves, they can contact the municipality for support. This may include parenting and child development support, guidance, mental health care, dyslexia support, foster care or youth protection. The municipality is responsible for all forms of youth care.
