Stip Jeugd en Gezin is there for educators, children, young people up to the age of 23 and professionals. The employees of Stip Youth and Family listen to you and support you in what you need.

Do you have a question about raising and growing up your child? Can't find a solution, not even with your network? Then contact Stip Jeugd en Gezin. You can do that with the following form.

Report a request for support (in Dutch)

Are you unable or unwilling to submit the application online? Download the report form (in Dutch - pdf, 157Kb). Fill this in and send it to Stip.  This can be done in the following ways:

  • By post to Postbus 175, 8180 AD Heerde.
  • By secure e-mail via Zivver. (in Dutch). This is a program to send emails with confidential data with encryption.

You make a family plan together

With an employee of Stip Jeugd en Gezin. The family plan tells you what you can do and what your family members can do. And who of family, friends and neighbors can help to improve your situation. Together you carry out the plan.

Don't forget to review the family plan before your appointment

This way you are well prepared for the interview.

Does the implementation of the plan not improve your situation?

Then the employee can refer to an individual facility.

Your child will only receive an individual provision if there is no other option

The employee always first checks whether support in daily life (outpatient care) is sufficient. If not, your child may receive individual provision.

Your child will then need specialist help. The healthcare psychologist within Stip Jeugd en Gezin, the general practitioner, the youth doctor or a medical specialist can refer your child to a healthcare provider. For example, for youth mental health care or care with accommodation.

The Stip Jeugd en Gezin employee will include this in the family plan.

The services for youth and parenting help are free.
