Municipality of Almelo: applying for youth care for your child

Please note: you can only apply for youth support if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

- Together with you, the municipality will look at what you can do yourself to improve the situation.

- If you are eligible for youth care, you will receive a neighborhood coach from the social neighborhood team.

- The neighborhood coach will be your fixed point of contact and will provide 1 plan per family.
