Municipality of Koggenland: applying for an Attestatie de vita (Certificate of life)
With a certificate of being alive, you can show on paper that you are alive. You can request a certificate of being alive in person at the municipality or via this application form.

- DigiD if you apply online
If you need the proof for a pension fund, you also need the letter from the pension fund requesting it.
The fee is €7,75.
You will receive the certificate immediately.
If you requested the certificate online or in writing, it will be sent to your home. This can take a few days.
