Municipality of De Bilt: applying for an Attestatie de vita (Certificate of life)
Does a foreign organization need proof that you are alive? Then you can have an Attestation de vita drawn up. You request this in person so that the registrar can establish that you are alive when the document is drawn up. You must make an appointment with the municipality to apply for an Attestation de vita.
