Municipality of Amsterdam: applying for an Attestatie de vita (Certificate of life)
You can only make the application yourself. Someone else cannot do it for you.
- A valid identity document, such as your passport or driving licence.
- Cash or a payment card. You pay the fee at the time of application.
You can visit a City Office of your choice.
A certificate of life costs: € 16.60
