A dutch voter living abroad, can only vote if the voter is a resident of the municipality Noordwijk on February 2, 2026 as evidenced by the Base Registry Persons.
If a voter is unable to vote in the municipal elections themselves due to a short stay abroad, they can authorise someone to vote for them by proxy.
