Municipality of Rijssen-Holten: viewing data in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP)

To have your information in the Personal Records Database (BRP) updated, you must visit the municipality in person. Make an appointment. 

Adjust incorrect data

To correct incorrect data in the BRP, you need the following documents:

• your valid ID.
• proof of the incorrect information, such as a letter with your name incorrectly spelled.
• proof of the correct information, such as proof of divorce or birth certificate.

Changing or deleting data after adoption or gender change

To change or delete this data, please submit a written request. Please include the following with your request:

• a copy of your valid ID.
• evidence of the correct data.
• for data about gender change: a statement from an expert.
• judge's ruling if you want an 'X'.
