Municipality of Haaksbergen: viewing data in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP)

If you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality, you can view your data online or by appointment at the service desk. If you book an appointment, take proof of identity with you.

You can submit your request digitally gemeente@haaksbergen.nl or in writing (see contact details). The municipality will respond to this request in writing within 4 weeks. You can then request the municipality to supplement, correct or delete this information, whereby you must indicate in your request which changes you wish. The municipality will also respond to this request within 4 weeks. To prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself.
