Municipality of Arnhem: viewing data in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP)
You need a DigiD if you apply online.
If you come to the town hall, you must bring your proof of identity.
Apply online
You can apply for a personal record sheet online. To apply, you need DigiD.
Apply in person
If you would rather visit the Civil Affairs counter in person, please make an online appointment (select: ‘extract’).
In principle, the right of inspection is free of charge. A complete, non-authenticated overview (personal record sheet) on blank paper of all data of one person included in the municipal personal records database is also free of charge. An authenticated copy of the personal record sheet costs €11.80.
You will receive the overview within three working days if you request it online. If you have made an appointment at the town hall, you can take the overview home right away.
