Municipality of Arnhem: viewing data in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP)
You can see which of your personal data are in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP - Personal Records Database) via MijnOverheid. For example, your address, a possible marriage, your nationality, parents or children. You can also request an overview of these data from the municipality.
If you have an appointment at the front desk, bring your proof of identity with you.

An overview of your personal data in the BRP is called a personal record sheet. If you want to receive a a personal record sheet from us, you can request it online.

You can also request the personal record sheet at the front desk. To do so, make an appointment (select: ‘extract’).
In principle, the right of inspection is free of charge. A complete, non-authenticated overview (personal record sheet) on blank paper of all data of one person included in the municipal personal records database is also free of charge. An authenticated copy of the personal record sheet costs €12,20.
After your request, you will receive the person list by mail within 3 business days.
