Municipality of Stichtse Vecht: registering with the municipality

• valid proof of identity (no driving license) of each person eligible for enrollment
• proof of deregistration (only required if you are from the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands)
• rental/purchase agreement of the residence in the Netherlands
• or written permission from the main/co-occupant with a copy of valid ID of the main/co-occupant
• original documents (deeds) of events that took place abroad, such as birth, marriage, divorce and death

Only English, German and French documents/deeds are accepted without translation by a licensded translator. Foreign documents must comply with the rules for legalizing foreign documents. These rules vary from country to country.
