Municipality of Koggenland: registering with the municipality
Are you moving within Koggenland? Or are you coming to live in Koggenland? Then let us know about your move and address change. You can do this from 4 weeks before the move up to 5 days after the move.
Would you rather come to the town hall to report your move and change of address? Then make an appointment online.
All family members who wish to be registered must come to the appointment with you. This includes babies, young children and elderly people.
Report your change of address online
- You will need a DigiD to do this. If you do not yet have a DigiD, you can apply for one via DigiD.nl.
- You must upload your rental agreement or purchase agreement.
- If you are moving in with someone, the main resident must also log in using their DigiD.
For your appointment at the town hall, bring:
- Your valid identity document.
- Your rental agreement or purchase agreement.
- If you are moving in with someone: a letter from the main resident confirming that you will be living at that address, or the main resident must accompany you to the appointment.
Registration is free of charge. You must pay the costs of translating or legalising official documents that you may need to take with you.
The municipality will register you in the Basisregistratie Personen – BRP (Personal Records Database) during the actual appointment. You will receive a confirmation letter. The municipality will send your citizen service number (BSN) by post within 3 weeks.
