Municipality of Vlissingen: registering a foreign document

Do you have a document of an event that took place abroad? Such as a marriage, death, birth, divorce, recognition, name change, or adoption? 
Then you must have that document registered with us. You can make an appointment for this by calling +31 118487000.  
Note. You can only register a foreign certificate if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

The registration of a foreign document is free of charge.

It takes a maximum of 4 months to have a foreign document converted into a Dutch document. Urgent requests are not possible.
