Municipality of Groningen: registering a divorce in the civil registry

The municipality of Groningen does not provide the product Divorce Registration. You must arrange your divorce with an attorney, notary or court. They will then send this information to the municipality. The municipality then registers the divorce. The divorce is also processed in the basic registration of persons (BRP).
