Municipality of Culemborg: registering a divorce in the civil registry

If you no longer want to be together with your partner, you can apply for a divorce or termination of your registered partnership. In both cases, you can arrange this through a lawyer.
The judge makes a decision a few weeks after the hearing. After how many weeks that is, depends on the course of the case. At the end of the hearing, the judge will let you know approximately how many weeks you should expect. The municipality will register the judge's decision or statement as soon as possible.
