Municipality of Elburg: registering a birth

Inform the municipality directly of the birth of your child. You can do so:

To file an online declaration you will need:

If you come by appointment, please bring:

Valid proof of identity of the declarant and of the mother;
Certificate of acknowledgment, if the child has been recognized before birth;
Possibly your marriage or partnership booklet (not mandatory);
Statement from the Foundation donor data artificial insemination (if applicable);
Proof of registration stating your marital status, if you live abroad.

Registering a birth is free of charge. A birth certificate costs: € 17,10.
