Please note. You only pay afvalstoffenheffing (waste disposal charges) if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
You pay the following waste collection charge in the municipality of Oisterwijk:
Fixed price every households: € 160,68
Residual waste 140 liters: € 7,00
Residual waste 240 liters: € 12,85
Paper / organic waste 140/240 liters: free
PMD: free
Above ground collection container - fixed rate: € 84,00
Underground collection container - amount per time waste is thrown in the residual waste container: € 2,14
You pay the waste collection charge together with the other municipal taxes. You will receive the assessment notice in May, which will contain the fixed rate for that year. The number of empties in last year is also stated on the assessment. Payment can be made in 2 ways: Via automatic debit. You then pay in monthly installments.
You arrange the payment yourself. In that case you pay the total assessment in 1 installment or in a maximum of 2 installments
