Municipality of Noordenveld: paying the waste collection charge

Please note. You only pay afvalstoffenheffing (waste disposal charges) if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

  • Noordenveld charges a fixed rate depending on the size of your household
  • The fixed rate includes 1 green bin, 1 grey bin, and 1 bin for waste paper
  • You can apply for 1 extra green and/or grey bin at additional costs
  • Households with 2 or more children under the age of 4 years can apply for 1 diaper bin at no additional charge

You pay the following waste collection charge in the municipality of Noordenveld:

Fixed rate

You pay a fixed rate based on the number of people in your household:

  • single-person households, € 216,20
  • two or more-person households, € 257,35
  • vacation home, € 257,35
  • extra grey bin,  €  122,10
  • extra green bin,  €  55,-

Waste collection charge letter

The municipality will send you a letter stating how much you have to pay for waste disposal. It will also state how and by what date you must pay.

Pay on time

  • Payment in 8 monthly installments by automatic collection
  • Pay in 1 or 2 installments. The payment dates are in the letter

Relief

You can ask the municipality whether you are entitled to an exemption for paying part of the charge. That exemption is referred to as kwijtschelding. Whether you are entitled to an exemption depends on your personal situation. You can apply for an exemption via:
