Waste collection charges by letter
You will receive a letter from Belastingsamenwerking Gemeenten en Waterschappen (BsGW) that outlines how much you need to pay in waste collection fees. The letter will also provide instructions on how to make your payment, and the deadline for payment.
Paying on time
It's important to pay on time to avoid any late payment penalties.
Waiver
If you're unable to pay a portion of the afvalstoffenheffing, you can request a waiver from BsGW. Whether you're eligible for a waiver depends on your personal circumstances. You can submit a waiver request (kwijtschelding) through the MijnBsGW portal (using your DigiD).
