Waste disposal tax

The rates for the waste disposal tax are:

• €219 per home (multi-person household)
• €174 per home (1-person household)

Sewerage tax

The rates for the sewer tax are:

• €194 (for wastewater of 500m3 or less)

For each additional unit of 100m3 of wastewater:

• €102.23 (per unit above 500 up to and including 5000m3)
• €84.08 (per unit above 5,000 up to and including 10,000 m3)
• €40.14 (per unit above 10,000m3)

Payment

Do you disagree with the charge? Then you can object. We recommend that you first contact the tax authorities. Have you not reached an agreement with one of our employees and do you still want to object? Then you can object within 6 weeks of the date of the assessment or decision. 

Make a written objection

You can also object in writing. Make sure that you send your notice of objection to the municipality of Rijssen-Holten within 6 weeks of the date stated on the assessment, for the attention of the municipal levies employee. In any case, mention:

• name and address;
• date of the notice of objection;
• to which you object;
• why you object;
• your signature;
• the telephone number where you can be reached during the day.
