Municipality of Oisterwijk: paying the sewage charge

Are you the owner or user of a home, business premises or a piece of land on January 1 of the year? Then you pay sewer and water care charges. Owners pay a fixed amount. Users pay an amount geared to water consumption.

You pay the sewer and water care levy along with other municipal taxes. You will receive the assessment notice in February. You can pay the assessment notice in 10 installments. You arrange this with automatic payment.

Up to and including 130 m3: € 36,00
131 m3 to 250 m3: € 158,28
251 m3 to 500 m3: € 377,88
501 m3 to 1500 m3: € 1.374,96
1501 m3 to 5000 m3: € 4.205,88
5001 m3 and more: € 13.491,00

If you are the owner of a home, commercial property (non-residential) or garage, you pay a fixed amount in owner's levy.

Property: € 121,90
Business premises (non-residential): € 207,30
Garage box: € 60,95

You pay the sewerage charge together with other municipal taxes. You will receive the assessment notice in May. Payment can be made in 2 ways:

Via automatic debit. You no longer have to worry about it and you can be sure that your assessment will be paid on time. Arrange it online via our 'automatically pay municipal taxes' webpage. You need DigiD for this
You arrange the payment yourself. In that case you pay the total assessment in 1 installment or in a maximum of 2 installments

Moving

When you move to another municipality, you will receive a letter stating that you will not pay sewer and water care charges for the months you no longer live in the municipality of Oisterwijk. Are you moving within the municipality? The waste disposal charges and sewerage and water care charges usually remain the same.
