Payment

By letter

You will receive a letter from your local Belastingsamenwerking (municipal and waterboard taxation collaboration) of BghU stating the amount of the sewage charge. The letter will state how and by what date you must pay.

Paying on time

Pay on time to avoid having to pay extra charges. 

Exemption

You can ask the municipality whether you are entitled to an exemption in respect of (part of) the charge. That is referred to as kwijtschelding.
