Do you own a house or commercial property in the Netherlands? Or do you use a commercial property in the Netherlands? You must pay property tax.

The following rates apply in the municipality of Noordwijk:

• Property tax owner house: 0,1009 % of the value.
• Property tax owner commercial property: 0,1903 % of the value.
• Property tax user commercial property: 0,1469 % of the value.

Payment

Relief

Are you unable to pay the amount in the property tax assessment? You can ask the Belastingen Bollenstreek whether you are entitled to an exemption for (part of) the amount.
