Municipality of Vlaardingen: notifying the municipality when you move home

• A copy of your ID.
• A copy of your rental or purchase contract. Please note: the purchase contract must have been signed by the notary.
• Are you going to live with someone? Then the main resident or the landlord must complete and sign the statement on the moving form verhuisformulier (pdf, 25 kB). Print out the moving form, have it completed and take it with you.
• A copy of an ID of the main resident or landlord if you are going to live with someone.
• Written permission if the address where you will live is from Samenwerking or Waterweg Wonen.

Digital

Via the digital moving form with your DigiD. Please note: this is only possible if no one else is registered at the new address. If this is the case, you must report your move in writing or at the city office.

Written

• Print the moving form verhuisformulier (pdf, 25 kB), fill it in and sign it.
• The moving form states which documents you must send.
• Are you going to live with someone?
  • In the case of occupancy (home not owned by a housing association) print out the declaration of consent regarding occupancy instemmingverklaring betreffende inwoning (pdf, 219 kB), complete it and sign it.
  • In the case of living in a home of Waterweg Wonen or Samenwerking, print out the accommodation form inwoning Samenwerking en Waterweg Wonen (pdf, 239 kB), complete it and sign it.
• Send the forms and documents to the Municipality of Vlaardingen, Attn. Customer Contact Center, PO Box 1002, 3130 EB Vlaardingen.
