Please note: you can notify the municipality when you move house only if you live in the Netherlands and are already registered with a municipality.

You can also make an appointment to provide notification of your move at your municpality’s service desk.

Notifying of a move is free of charge.

We will update your information. This will take approximately one week from the move date you provide. Do you notify us of your move in advance? We will process your move from the date you give us.
