Please note: you can notify the municipality when you move house only if you live in the Netherlands and are already registered with a municipality.

Log in using your DigiD and provide notification of your move online.
At the service desk
You can also make an appointment to provide notification of your move at your municipality’s service desk.
You will need the following documents to notify us when you move house:
- a valid identity document or a valid residence permit for the Netherlands;
- proof of residence, such as a tenancy agreement, deed of sale or statement of consent from the main resident.
It is free of charge to notify a move.
