Providing notification of your move

If you move to or within Oudewater, you must inform the municipality of your new address. You can report your move online with DigiD. Or you can make an appointment for this with the municipality.

Please note: you can notify the municipality when you move house only if you live in the Netherlands and are already registered with a municipality.

What do you need when notifying the municipality??

-Your DigiD (online) or proof of identity (if you have made an appointment).
-Your new home address.
-Your rental contract or purchase contract.
-If you are going to live with someone else: a completed consent form from the main occupant and a copy of his/her valid proof of identity.
