Municipality of Eindhoven: notifying the municipality when you move home

Please note: you can notify the municipality when you move house only if you live in the Netherlands and are already registered with a municipality.

Providing notification of your move

Online

Log in using your DigiD and provide notification of your move online. 

By post

You can also provide notification of your move by post. Then fill in the details on the  online form . Print the completed form and send it together with the required documents to Municipality of Eindhoven, BEO department, Postbus 90150, 5600 RB Eindhoven. Your move will be processed within 5 working days.

At the service desk

You can also make an appointment to provide notification of your move at your municpality’s service desk.  Then make an appointment online and visit the Inwonersplein. Are you moving from abroad? Then go to the Moving from abroad page  and make the right appointment with us there.
