Municipality of Dronten: notifying the municipality when you move home
If you are moving, you must report your new address to your (new) municipality of residence. It is important that you are registered with the correct address in the Personal Records Database (BRP).
Are you moving to or within the municipality of Dronten? Then you must notify us no later than 5 days after your move.
Are you moving from Dronten to another municipality? Then you must register your move in your new municipality. Your new municipality will ensure your deregistration.
You can report your move from 4 weeks before to 5 days after your move date. Please be on time. If you moved more than 5 days ago, the date you report your move will become the move date.
You only need to report your move to the new municipality. Deregistration from your old municipality will happen automatically.
You can report your change of address digitally using your DigiD.
You can also report your change of address at the municipal office. You will need to make an appointment for this.
Bring the following to your appointment:
A valid ID;
If you are moving in with someone else: written permission from the main resident and a copy of the main resident's valid ID;
If you are moving to a holiday home: a copy of the lease or purchase agreement or written permission with a copy of the main resident's ID.
It is free to notify a move.
Processing your move takes approximately 5 business days after the moving date.
