Municipality of Stichtse Vecht: applying for a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)

Print the application form from the Justis, the Ministry of Justice and Security’s screening authority and fill it in together with your employer. Hand in the form at the municipality where you are registered. You must also take proof of identity with you, such as your passport or driving licence.

Apply for VOG as a legal entity, company or self-employed person:

• You apply for a VOG RP from Dienst Justis.
• As a self-employed person without personnel (zzp'er), you do not apply for a VOG RP, but for a VOG for natural persons (NP) for the person for whom you perform the assignment.
  As a zzp'er you cannot apply for a VOG for yourself. The details of the applicant and the interested party may not be the same. For example, you can ask a (first) client or someone from your partnership to complete the VOG. If you are in a partnership, you can fill in the partnership as the interested party.
