Municipality of Rijssen-Holten: applying for a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)

To be able to apply for a VOG digitally, you must log in with DigiD. Do you apply for your VOG in writing? Then you need:

• a valid passport or identity card
• your debit card or cash. You pay directly with the application
• the completed VOG NP or VOG RP or VOG Childcare application form

Print out the application form from the Justice Department and fill it in together with your employer.

Make an appointment and bring the completed form with you. This is only possible if you are registered in the municipality of Rijssen-Holten.

• Online application via Justis: €33.85
• For companies: €207.00
• Volunteers: free of charge when you provide help or guidance to vulnerable people. The organization you work for can apply for the free Certificate of Conduct (VOG) on your behalf.

You will receive the VOG within 4 weeks at the address you provide with your application.
