Municipality of Pekela: applying for a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)

Make an appointment.

• Come to the appointment in person. Bring the following:
  • The fully completed application form. You usually get this form from the organization that asks for the certificate.
  • Your ID, for example a passport or driver’s license.
  • Your debit card or cash.
  • You pay at the time of the application.

You can also give permission to someone else to apply for you. This person must bring:

• A written authorization (with your signature)

• Their own ID

• A copy of your ID

  Or apply for the VOG online via Justis. This is possible if the organization that needs your VOG prepares the application for you.

You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality.

You will receive the VOG or the refusal within 4 weeks at the address you specify in the application.
