• A fully completed and signed application form. You will receive the application form from the person who needs a VOG from you. This may be an employer, an association or a government agency. The form states the purpose of the application.

Your employer or client will prepare the VOG application online and you check the details and pay online.

You pay a fee for this service. The cost of a VOG can be found on the municipality's website.
