Municipality of Dijk en Waard: applying for a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)

There are different ways to apply for a VOG: digitally or in writing. With a digital VOG application, the employer or organization will prepare the VOG application for you, you will receive an email about this. A written request goes through the municipality. The employer or organization that needs the VOG from you will let you know how you can submit the application. You can start the written application on the Declaration of good conduct page.

To request a Certificate of Good Conduct at the town hall, you must first make an appointment. Contact us to make an appointment.

A digital VOG application costs: € 33.85.

A written application to the municipality costs: € 41.35.
