Municipality of Boekel: applying for a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)

• Print the application form from the Justis, the Ministry of Justice and Security’s screening authority and fill it in together with your employer. Hand in the form at the municipality where you are registered. You must also take proof of identity with you, such as your passport or driving licence.
• Your employer or client will prepare the VOG application online and you check the details and pay online.
• Fill in the form online.

You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality.

You will receive the VOG or the refusal within 4 weeks at the address you specify in the application.

Submit a written objection
1. Write a notice of objection. This is a brief explanation of why you disagree with the decision. In any case, your notice of objection must state:

• your name, address and contact details;
• write the date of your objection;
• our reference number (see provisional decision);
• the reason why you are submitting an objection;
