Municipality of Altena: applying for a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)

Print the application form from the Justis, the Ministry of Justice and Security’s screening authority and fill it in together with your employer. Hand in the form online at the municipality of Altena. 

You can also make an appointment to visit the town hall.

You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality.

You will receive the VOG or the refusal within 2 - 4 weeks at the address you specify in the application.
