The purpose of the interview is to clarify your options for getting back to work as soon as possible.
Your consultant will discuss with you:

• The situation in the labor market
• What it takes to get a job in a particular industry
• Where you have the best opportunities
• You make arrangements with your counselor about how to approach your job search
• Are you younger than 27? Then we will record the agreements in a Plan of Action.
• Are you 27 or older? Then we will record the agreements in a Trajectory Plan.
