Municipality of Almelo: applying for study benefit for students with a disability

Please note: you can apply for a studietoeslag (study benefit) only if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

The following conditions apply:

You are registered with the municipality of Almelo.
You are enrolled in an educational program that entitles you to student finance or reimbursement of school costs.
You are not entitled to a Wajong-uitkering.
You are unable to earn additional income alongside your studies due to a disability.

The municipality will assess whether you are eligible for the study allowance and may request a medical opinion.
