Municipality of Westerwolde: applying for a personalised disabled parking space

• There is no place to park on your own property or a parking space cannot be created
• You have a valid European disabled person's parking card driver or driver + passenger. In case you do not have one, please contact us.

• Copy valid disabled parking permit 
• Copy vehicle registration certificate
• Drawing showing where the disabled parking space is to be located
• Explanation of why you need the disabled parking space

The construction of the disabled parking space will cost €285. If any modifications to the site are necessary, there will be additional costs. We will provide you with a quote in advance.

We will contact you within 4 weeks. If we must install the disabled parking space, the complete procedure will take about 3 months.

If you have the right to a disabled parking space, the municipality will contact you by phone to decide on the location in consultation with you.
