If you qualify for a disabled parking space, this decision will be published. There is a 6-week period during which objections can be made against the establishment of your disabled parking space.
It can happen that you disagree with a decision made by the municipality. For example, if you applied for a permit but did not receive it. Often, you can file an objection against a decision made by the municipality. You do this by submitting a notice of objection. In the notice of objection, you explain why you disagree with the decision. The municipality must then make a new decision.
If you also disagree with this second decision, you can usually file an appeal with the court.
