Municipality of Krimpenerwaard: applying for a personalised disabled parking space
Please note: you can only apply for a parking space for the disabled by registration number if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
You can request your own disabled parking space under the following conditions:
For drivers
- For a disabled parking space at your home you are registered in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) at that address.
- For a disabled parking space at your workplace, you have a statement from your employer that you work there.
- The registration number of the car is in your name or in the name of your housemate.
- If the license plate is in the name of a leasing company or company, you will need a statement from the license plate holder that you are the daily driver.
- You have a disabled parking card.
- You do not have your own parking space, such as a garage.
For passengers
- You can't stay at your home alone when the driver picks up the car and parks it.
- You are always dependent on the driver's assistance for door-to-door transport.
- There are no options to get in or out in front of your home or workplace.
- You are registered in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) at the same address as the driver of the car.
- The registration number of the car is in your name or in the name of the driver.
- If the license plate is in the name of a leasing company or company, you will need a statement from the license plate holder stating that the driver is the daily user of the car.
- You have a disabled parking card.
- You do not have your own parking space, such as a garage.
You can apply online for a disabled parking space.
Applying for a disabled parking space costs money.
You will receive an answer to your request within 8 weeks. It will then take a few weeks before the parking lot is constructed.
