Municipality of Heemskerk: applying for a parking permit

To apply for a parking permit, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your vehicle registration certificate  is in your name. Or, if you are leasing or renting  a car, the contract is in your name.
• You live in the Netherlands and are registered in the municipality where you wish to apply for the parking permit.
• If you are not registered in the municipality where you wish to apply for a parking permit, you must prove that you live and work in that municipality.

What do you need for the application?

• The credit card-sized registration certificate (if registered after 2014) in your own name. Or in case of a lease car, also the lease contract in the applicant's name.
• The vehicle registration certificate part IB (if registered before 2014) in the applicant's own name. Or in case of a lease car also the lease contract in the applicant's name. But the registration report RDW is not sufficient.
• Apply for it only when you have received the credit card-sized registration certificate from RDW. 
• A valid proof of identity.
• The current licence. If it is a change of registration number.
