Municipality of Stichtse Vecht: applying for a new passport or renewing your old one

Please note: you can only apply for a new Dutch passport or renew your old one if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

apply in person by appointment, including children
bring all your passports and identity cards to the appointment (valid and expired)
bring 1 color passport photo not older than 6 months, see conditions
it is not possible to take passport photos at the town hall
children up to 18 years old need the written consent of all legal guardians (parents or guardians)
make an appointment to pick up the passport or have it delivered at the address where you live, work or stay
pay upon application
collect in person by appointment 6 working days after application (also applies to children)
