-You have a Dutch nationality.
-You are registered in the municipality of Oudewater.
-You have to come to town hall yourself.
What should you bring to your appointment?
-Any travel documents you may hold (such as an expired passport or valid ID card).
-A passport photo that meets all photo requirements.
-A completed consent form and also your child. Please note: this only applies if you are applying for a passport for your child and your child is a minor (younger than 18).

When will you get your passport?
-You can pick up your passport at the town hall after 6 working days.
-Make an appointment and take your old proof of identity with you to your appointment.
-You can also have your passport delivered. You can arrange this during your first appointment.
-You must collect your passport within 3 months.

-Do you need your passport within 6 working days? If you make an urgent application before 3 p.m. today, you can collect your passport after 11 a.m. tomorrow.
-Do you need your passport today? Then contact the Marechaussee for an emergency passport.
How long is your passport valid for?
An adult passport (from 18 years old) is valid for 10 years.
A passport for children (up to 18 years) is valid for 5 years.
