Municipality of Noordwijk: applying for a new passport or renewing your old one
Prepare an apply online
You can prepare an apply for a passport online. You need DigiD/Eidas to do this. After you have applied, you can make an appointment at the service desk to give a passport photo en to show your old travel documents.
Apply at the service desk
You can apply for a passport or Dutch identity card in person at the service desk at the municipality where you live. First make an appointment. You can make an appointment online (in Dutch) or by phoning +31 71 36 60 000.
Bring to your appointment:
- A colour passport photo that complies with the Dutch passport photo requirements.
- All travel and identification documents in your possession. Have they expired? Then also bring documents that prove who you are.
- Debit card (not credit card) or cash.
Passport for children up to the age of 18 or Dutch identity card for children up to the age of 12
- Your child must be present when you apply.
- All parents/legal guardians must give permission for the application. You can give permission online. You need your DigiD/Eidas.
- A colour passport photo of your child that complies with the Dutch passport photo requirements.
- A valid proof of identity of all the parents/guardians. Only needed if you give persmission by form.
Passport
- adults: € 73,85;
- children up to the age of 18: € 63,40;
- urgent request: € 57,05 extra.
Dutch identity card
- adults: € 75,80;
- children up to the age of 18: € 40,90;
- urgent request: € 57,05 extra.
