Municipality of Westerwolde: applying for a business passport
Note: you can only apply for a Dutch zakenpaspoort (business passport) if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
You apply in person, for a business passport at the municipality where you live. Please call us: +31 599 320 220.
Emergency application
If you need your passport quickly, apply for an emergency passport. If you submit your passport application before 2pm, you can collect it the next working day. Do allow for some delay if you no longer possess your old passport.
There will be charges for the application for a business passport. For more information, please contact the municipality of Westerwolde: +31 599 320 220.
After about a week, you can collect the passport from the municipality. You have 3 months to pick up your new passport.
Valid for how long?
A business passport is valid for 10 years.
